HER Story

I'm a recovering overachiever, a deliberate builder, and a strategist who's never been interested in playing small.

My career has taken me across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors — from education advocacy to community engagement to organizational strategy. Along the way, I learned that the "right" way of doing things isn't always the best way. The playbooks that get passed down often weren't built for the people or problems in front of us.

That's what led me here. Her Newfangled exists because I believe leaders and organizations deserve a partner who will challenge conventional thinking, ask harder questions, and help build something that actually fits — not just something that follows the formula.
